HP1 Survivor is an independent creator of original short-form videos. The Site is an informational page for the channel. We use third-party platforms (YouTube, Instagram, TikTok) and a self-hosted scheduling tool only to publish our own original content to our own accounts.
2. Acceptable use
You may view the Site for personal, informational purposes. You may not misuse the Site, attempt to disrupt it, or use it for unlawful purposes.
3. Intellectual property
All original videos, artwork, and text published by HP1 Survivor are owned by us unless otherwise stated. Third-party platform names and logos belong to their respective owners.
4. Third-party platforms
Our content is distributed through third-party platforms, each with its own terms. We are not responsible for those platforms' services or availability.
5. No warranty
The Site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Site.
6. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
